Shipping Policy

Please note that we allow an average of 3 to 5 business days to complete your order before shipping (except for custom products). Rest assured, we will make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Once your order ships, estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days, depending on your region. Please consider any holidays, natural disasters or epidemics that may affect delivery times.

For special customized products:

After signing the contract, our delivery time will take approximately 6-8 weeks. Our team will provide you with door-to-door delivery service. At the same time, we will also provide free installation services.

For items on pre-order or back-order:

If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship all of our existing items immediately and pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as they become available. So if you ordered multiple items in one order and only received some of them, don't worry, you will receive the others shortly.

Track your order (small package):

If you provide your email address, and/or account/phone number, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, which will inform you of the corresponding courier number and courier company.

Track your order (large packages/customized products):

For these products, our team will dispatch them ourselves. Once the item is ready, we will contact you to get a suitable delivery time.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We try to expedite processing and shipping times so there is always a small window to correct incorrect shipping addresses. Return the goods:

In case you changed your mind after placing an order at IUNOZ RETAIL STORE, which has been shipped, you are responsible for the return shipping costs for returning to IUNOZ RETAIL STORE. Please see our Refund Policy for more information on how to return an item.

Lost/stolen package:

IUNOZ RETAIL STORE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please report it to your respective carrier using the information provided to you on our tracking page.
